Miditech is upgrading our ticket system as part of our new soon coming data center expansion of services.

Please note: We post known issues in the box below to keep you informed of an ongoing situation. If your issues is the same, we are already working to resolve the issue.

This is not a live monitoring of our servers/network but is instead a way for admins to inform about issues we are already working on to resolve.

Current Network Status:
Miami Exchange Data Center:All systems are working normally.
Softlayer Dallas Data Center: All systems are working normally.

CURRENT NETWORK ALERTS:

-Sunday, March 7th: Resellers, Dallas: The control panel is not allowing new signups or plan editing. We are investigating.
