MAKE A PAYMENT

April/2008 Announcement : Credit Card Companies have made strict rules for non signature credit card payments over the phone. We can still receive automatic renewals and phone payments by VISA but this too will soon change. We are being proactive regarding this and we will soon be implementing an online payment gateway that will allow our customers to enter their credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) into their host control panel Billing Profile for automatic renewals, and one time payments. We are in process of setting this up and it should be implementing in the coming weeks.

In the meantime, the quickest and safest way to pay Miditech is via the Paypal gateway.
You DO NOT have to be a Paypal member to pay us via the Paypal gateway.

MIDITECH has the following methods of payment for our services:

	Visa for automatic renewals without the customer having to initiate a payment every renewal: To have your web host account renew automatically, please call us at toll free 1-877-881-7640 and press extension 3 to provide your Visa credit card. We will update your account and email you a confirmation once completed.



	PayPal (Visa/ Mastercard / Amex / bank debit/cheque): When your web host account shows a negative balance amount owing, you will be automatically emailed a notification that you need to pay for services rendered or to renew your web host account. From within your host control panel you can pay money on your account at anytime via PayPal. To do so: Log in to your host panel, click "Billing" on the top menu. Then click "Billing Profile" and scroll down the page to the bottom where you will find the pay by PayPal feature. Enter an amount in Canadian dollars and click the submit button to pay. You can then either pay by credit card or login to your paypal account to pay if you have one. Please note: You do not have to be a PayPal member to pay by paypal for purchases under $1000.00. If you want to pay for website design with PayPal and you do not have a web host account with us, please email us and we will email you a PayPal payment request.



	Email money transfer via online banking (available in Canada only) : Email your payment to http://miditech.com/tt. In a separate email, email your passcode. We will confirm once payment is received. PLEASE NOTE YOUR ACCOUNT ID or DOMAIN NAME!



PERSONAL CHEQUES	Business Cheques/Personal Cheques / Money Orders (ANNUAL BILLING TERMS ONLY): To pay by cheque or money order for an annual billing term, please email us to notify that you are sending a cheque.
