* Important Notes:
- Daily Data Backup is best effort only. Although we have sophisticated backups procedures, customers should also keep backups themselves as per our Terms Of Service Agreement.
- Flash development is not included in the above packages. Ask the sales desk about rates for flash development.
- Database application development is not included in the above packages and has an additional cost if requested. Ask the sales desk for details.
- Setup fees less then $1000.00 must be paid prior to the start of the project by our team.
- Setup fees over $1000.00 are split into 50% upfront, 25% at Stage 3 of our design process and 25% at project completion.
- Customer agrees to our Terms of Hiring Miditech for a website design project called our TOSWD.
- Website Updating work of any kind, 15 days past project completion, will be a chargeable servie. Ask sales for rates depending on the work you require.
