Q: What Countries does MIDITECH offer website design projects in?
A: MIDITECH can create and host a website for a business that is located in Canada, the USA, Mexico and Europe. Since all MIDITECH designers speak only english, we only take on projects where an english speaking person is our contact for the duration of the project.
Q: What currency does MIDITECH charge with?
A: We charge in Canadian Currency
Q: What are your payment options and methods?
A: We require a non refundable deposit before a project begins of 50%. The minimum deposit amount is $595.00. You can review our payment options here.
Q: Does MIDITECH use Website Templates when creating a website with one of the Design plans?
A: No, every website is custom built "from the ground up". You will receive a design that is unique to your business and that matches your customers expectations.
Q: If I buy a website template, can MIDITECH alter it for me?
A: Yes, we usually can. We would charge the same fee as one of our design plans.
Q: Who retains the copyright on the website design created?
A: You retain copyright on the website design we created. You can also sell your website design to another person or entity once. However, you are not permitted to sell our website design as a template site, or as a collection, to others. This is part of our TOSWD which all design customers must agree to before a project begins with MIDITECH.
Q: Does MIDITECH have photos that can be used as part of the website design?
A: MIDITECH can purchase photos that have Royalty Free Rights on your behalf from http://istockphoto.com and bill them to you as part of the project. You can also purchase Royalty Free licensed photos for use on your website. Warning: Do NOT provide MIDITECH with graphics, images or photos that were copied off of another person, or company's, website. It is illegal to do so and you could find yourself with stiff fines, penalties and legal troubles. This is also a stipulation in our TOSWD for your protection, as well as MIDITECH's protection.
Q: What happens once the project is complete, and I need website updating services?
A: You can purchase design blocks and we would add the work to our design cue for completion. Please read our Website Updating Policy for details.
Q: Does MIDITECH make the websites created search engine friendly?
A: Yes we do. How we do this is information that we do not inform anyone on. our SEO plan is included with every website design project ($1700 value!)
Q: How Long will it take to start my project and complete it?
A: This depends on a few things such as, but not limited to:
- How many current projects we have. We will inform you if there will be expected delays.
- How fast you can supply us with all the photos and text content for each website area on your new site.
- How fast you respond to our communications during the various stages of our design process
Read our TOSWD agreement carefully. It does mention some possible pitfalls during a project that we should try to avoid to ensure that all our design customers receive the website they paid us for.
