Where We Are Now
As part of our growth and committment to customers Miditech merged with Supra Canada Ltd. in late 2008. Supra Canada Ltd. is a leading Canadian-owned Information and Communications technology Infrastructure and Services company. We offer IT services in the area of Product and Software Services, Infrastructure Solutions, Software Solutions, Strategic Consulting and Managed Services.
Supra Canada Ltd. and Miditech were a good fit for a merger. Supra Canada customers were requesting web services and many of Miditech customers were requesting computer hardware services. Each is operated as separate entities, as far as operations go, but together we are a powerhouse IT company offering our customers end to end IT solutions from hardware and infrastructure to web solutions and print design. Whether your business is a small home based business or you operate a fortune 500 company, we have the IT services and solutions to help you succeed.
How It All Began
MIDITECH was founded as a web design firm to meet the growing needs of small business as they migrate to the web. We have created well over 200 custom designed websites and e-commerce storefronts for businesses across the globe, in many different industries and marketplaces. As such, we are uniquely qualified to help any type of business migrate to the Internet and World Wide Web. Every business should have an Internet presence and no business should be excluded.

Again in Dec. 2007 Miditech expanded to a new server cluster and added services to include dedicated hsphere clusters. We are in expansion mode and there is more to come 2008-2009 as we start rolling out new products and services to meet the needs of small business to corporate web services and print services.

Customer Service & Support
Technology is important but so is customer service. Our customers receive top priority customer support.
The entire server network is monitored 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. This being the case, we usually know of critical support issues before our customers do. Our support desk telephone hours are Monday-Friday 10am-5pm EST. During these hours you will have someone answer the phone when you call, or they will call you back shortly.
We ask all customers to always use the support site, or at the very least email http://miditech.com/tt. You WILL receive a response! This will reach a support member quick. In fact, between the hours of 10am-10pm EST, 7 days per week, our support desk email is checked every 15 minutes via the support form, trouble ticket system or direct email to our support team and we respond to critical requests during off hours.
During our off hours there is always staff with mobile email/phone access. During off hours and holidays we have mobile email devices with us at all times.
